If an item has been incorrectly delivered or is received in a damaged condition then please contact us and we will arrange collection of the item free of charge. Upon receipt of the item and confirmation of the position we will replace the items in question at no further cost to you

We will advise you by email when the goods are dispatched and when they should arrive. A consignment number can be supplied allowing customers to monitor their delivery with the couriers but UK customers must allow at least 48 hours from the time of dispatch before contacting us for the consignment number
If the goods received appear visibly damaged on arrival, please do not sign for them. If however, you do sign for the goods and on opening the packaging the goods are found to be damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately
